New Work From Our Big Picture Media Team

All Work And No Play

Hey everyone! The last few months have been crazy busy with new clients, partnerships, travel and networking. I haven’t been able to give the blog my regular focus and I apologize for that. Sometimes the tyranny of the urgent takes over and you just have to put your head down and get some stuff done. That means other things sometimes have to stay on the shelf. But we’ve had some amazing experiences and have learned some great things that we can’t wait to share with you.

video production

One of the upsides is that our team has had some incredible opportunities to produce some really creative stuff and I want to share some of that with you today. For the last six months we’ve been working with an amazing partner church in Madison (Huntsville), AL called Asbury UMC. We’ve embedded with their leadership and creative teams to completely revamp their entire communication system, train a new communications director, hire new communication team members, develop a new website, new video support for all ministries and handle the communication strategy for an enormous upcoming capital development and vision initiative. Makes me tired just talking about it.

The following two videos are from two message series we’ve helped produce this fall. The first is from a series on the power of language/words called ‘Sticks And Stones’. This is one of several interviews we produced for the series.

This second video is from a series at Asbury called ‘Got Questions?’ pulling from Mark chapter 4. We created a series of bumpers tying into the agricultural theme of the text. Each week the farmer covers a different topic – dirt, water, light, time, etc… tied directly to the scripture passage for that day.
